Oh, Nine/Rose all the way. I always shipped them harder than Ten/Rose, despite the latter's overwhelming popularity. Adding you!

Oh my GOSH, Nine/Rose. I don't actually ship Ten/Rose all that much (I think it has something to do with the fact that a good chunk of the fandom says WELL HE SHOULD STAY WITH HER FOR ETERNITY SHE IS HIS ONE TRUE LOVE and I don't agree because I don't think it's possible for the Doctor to have "one" true love and now I'm rambling, oops).

Also YES LILY/SIRIUS. It is my OTP. I love Lily/James but I will always love L/S for... reasons that I'm not even sure of.
