Favourite Harry Potter book: Hmm. PoA for quality, HBP for Snape-related reasons. Unless we're talking favorite book for sporking, in which case DH is the obvious winner.
Favourite Harry Potter movie: Not sure I have one. Possibly HBP just for the moment between Harry and Severus on the tower.

Favourite character(s): Um, you have to ask? Snape, Snape, Severus Snape. (Ok ok, I admit to a brief fling with Sirius waaaay back, but the polish wore off fairly quickly.) I like most incarnations of Severus: hero of the light, ambiguous loyalties, Harry's mentor/savior, romantic lead, postwar, eternal double agent.... I love dark/Voldemort-loyalist Snape too, but not one-dimensional Ever So Evil Snape. That is, *complexity* is what I like.

Second favorite might be a tie between Regulus, Poppy, Luna and Hermione. I do have a soft spot for Voldie, though. Also Draco, Lucius, Narcissa, Minerva, Andromeda, Tonks, Ron, Neville, most of the Death Eaters, Aberforth, Bill and Charlie, Ollivander. Harry I both like and don't like in different ways. Death Eater Poppy is a secret love.

Favourite pairing(s): Severus/Regulus, Severus/Hermione, Severus/Hermione/Lucius, Severus/Lucius, Severus/Poppy, Severus/Andromeda, Severus/Minerva, Severus/Harry, Severus/Argus, Severus/Luna, Severus/Tonks, Severus/Charity. (Can you tell I like angst?) I have moments of liking unrequited Severus/Lily, but I generally don't like them as an actual pairing. Severus/Sirius purely for the hatesex. Severus/Petunia, Severus/Arthur, Severus/Percy or Severus/Ron occasionally (I've seen it work, I swear!). Hermione/Draco, Lucius/Narcissa, Harry/Draco, Sirius/Remus, Bellatrix/Hermione if I'm feeling sadistic, Draco/Pansy, Ron/Lavender (as a side pairing), Albus/Gellert. Unrequited Severus/Voldemort. As crackfic: Severus/Giant Squid. Interested in reading: Bellatrix/Neville, Severus/Charlie. If you want to make me shudder and hate you: coerced Severus/Dumbledore.

What you do in fandom: Read fanfic and meta, look at fanart, write fanfic and meta, make fanart, rec fic and art, talk to other fans, dress up for con, watch the movies, spork the books and movies, discuss the books in exhaustive detail, come up with wild ideas for fic that someone has to write since I don't have enough time, rant. Talk about Snape, a lot.

Interests outside of fandom: Personal or professional? I read a lot, fiction and nonfiction. I talk about film, write about film, watch films, think about film and lots of other things. German history and literature. I spend far too much time on the internet like just about all of us. When I have time/space I paint or draw; I'm also learning filmmaking. I like art, architecture, and going to museums of all kinds. Churches. Steampunk, gothy stuff, robes. Singing. Travelling. Grad student stuff.

What other fandoms are you interested in?: Black Butler, Deathnote, NCIS (serial killer Tony! That's sam's fault.), CSI, Sherlock, Inception, Twin Peaks, the Magicians, West Wing, House, Star Trek, Star Wars now and then. If there were any sort of organized Neverending Story fandom that I could find I'd be part of that (the book, NOT the film!) Mostly I'm in HP fandom though.
What other fandom pairings do you like?: You mean outside of HP? Sherlock/John is a given. Gibbs/Tony, Gibbs/Abby, Tony/Ziva, Grissom/Sarah, Sebastian/Ciel, Sebastian/Grell.

I'd really, really like to read a Black Butler/HP crossover with Severus/Sebastian. Also: if you do fanart commissions and would be willing to draw Severus/Sebastian, let me know! Because I need that fanart to happen and I don't feel comfortable drawing Sebastian yet.

Anything else?: Um, conciseness might not be my greatest strength. LOL. And I usually like the villains more.
