Call for Betas!

As we approach the start of posting, we have a few outstanding submissions as well as some lovely pinch hitters/fest fillers who will be in need of a beta!

If you might be able to help beta these fics as they come in the next few days, please comment here so that we can direct them to you.

If you have any pairings or genres you won't read, please leave that info as well!

Since I had to drop out of writing for fest, I'd like to do my part. So yes, I'd be glad to beta. Please be aware I cannot assist with SPaG type issues, so if that is an area of concern please send them elsewhere. I can assist with flow and plot and irregularities, etc.

(If I get a sudden burst of inspiration is there an absolute deadline as to when a prompt can possible be claimed and submitted?)

(I'm not fond of anyone with Voldemort, or anyone from the Marauders time. I don't feel comfortable with that era, Harry's gen and next get I'm totally okay with.) ,

As for a deadline to join the fest, I'm feeling very flexible at the moment. I'd say I'd need to know something ideally by the 7th (when posting starts) but by the 12th at least in order to plan out the posting schedule :)

I'm best with SPaG, plot holes, and canon consistency. I am, however, absolutely terrible at Britpicking, and I have quite a slow turnaround time; about a week. But I'm very detailed in my comments! I have no squicks and no triggers.

I can beta. I'm fairly good with SPAG, canon and, for an American, Britpicking. I can beta het and femmeslash. I will beta slash, but if you need someone conversant with the realities of gay sex, I'm not your girl.

Non-con is triggery for me. I'm not comfortable with Death Eater pairings (Tom Riddle would be all right but not Voldemort).

I'm all right with incest as long as some nod to the general squickiness of the situation is there. Same with teacher/student relationships (even if the student is out of school).

definitely won't be ready for tomorrow-- within posting schedule- how much of a deadline can you give me (not like tw0 weeks though- like how many stuff do you have for posting so far, while i clean up my fic for posting?
