Hello, just popping in to tell you that fic/art submission deadline is fast approaching. Here's some general information about the fest:

Posting will begin on June 1st.

To submit your fic/art, please email: rarefestmods@gmail.com

Fics can be emailed in any format as long as HTML is already set in place.

Please include all appropriate html tags in the body of your story. Don't know what html tags are? Go check out phoenixacid's html guide.

The subject of your email should be: "FIC/ART SUBMISSION. PROMPT #. AUTHOR/ARTIST: your name"

This is the header you should use. Please copy and paste the header in your email AND in your document.

If you need to drop out for any reason, please send us an email letting us know before the deadline for submissions and there will be no consequences.

All other rules are here. Please don't hesitate to ask your questions below or via email. NO PMs on LIVEJOURNAL.

All stories will be posted on LJ, and we'll back it up on DW. All stories that are longer than 10K will be posted on DW with the header on LJ.

After the fest is over, we will open up our AO3 collection page and you can post your stories/art there AFTER reveals (which is in July).
